The starting point for the exhibition by students of the Department of Art and Photography at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna is Silvia Federici's book Caliban and the Witch, published in 2004. The political philosopher and activist analyses different forms of paid and unpaid reproductive labour against the background of capitalist social systems.
