On the occasion of the publication of the book Diaries – which explores thirty years of conflict, crises and transformations through the visual archive of Francesco Zizola, one of the most influential contemporary documentary photographers – Zizola discusses with Martin Kollar the visual grammar of “conflict” and challenges its photographic language. Event organised as part of the project “Atlas of Conflict” supported by Strategia Fotografia 2024, promoted by the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity of the Italian Ministry of Culture.
